I am a freelance consultant for nutrition and health professionals in the areas of marketing, promotion, branding and social networking.  At this site you can find more information about me, my consulting services, as well as my latest interests and obsessions.

After graduating from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Communication, I moved to New York City where I worked in interactive advertising for several years.

I am currently studying for a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition at New York University, and am an active member of the American Dietetic Association, particularly the Nutrition Entrepreneurs Dietetic Practice Group.

I live in New York City’s Upper West Side with my dog, Marshall.  I enjoy running (sometimes), apartment hunting (most of the time) and ABC Family programming (all the time).
